Mr. Liddeal McCain was born On September 25th, 1957, to the Lathan and Emma Lee Graham McCain. He accepted Christ at an early age and remained steadfast in his faith throughout his life.
On June 22, 2026, God saw fit to call his faithful servant Liddell home. Proceeding him in death are his beloved parents, 3 sisters: Mary Cross, Maxine McCain and Verna Edingbourgh and 2 brothers: Marvin McCain and Nathaniel McCain.
While living in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Liddeal faithfully served as a trustee at Siloah Lutheran Church. After returning home to Mississippi, he continued his service as a trustee at Mount Lebanon United Methodist Church. He also served as a brethren and Heaven Is My Goal Outreach Ministry until his health declined, always demonstrating a heart for God and a willingness to serve others.
Liddeal received his education in the Attala County School District. He later attended Mississippi Valley State University for one year before enlisting in the United States Army. His military service instilled in him the values of hard work, strength, perseverance, and resilience - qualities that remain with him throughout his life.
Following his service, Liddell was employed by a Laddish Company, where he worked as a forklift operator. He remained dedicated to his job until he sustained at work - related injury that prevented him from continuing his employment. Afterward, he returned to his hometown of Ethel, MS, where he enjoyed A quieter life surrounded by family and friends.
In his leisure time, Liddeal found joy in cleaning his cars, spending quality time when his family, and enjoying the outdoors. He treasured life's simple pleasures and the moment shared with those he loved.
On October 18th 1986, Liddell married Margaret Mckee. Their union was blessed with two beautiful daughters, Emma and Tanesha. Before his marriage, he was the proud father of a son, Alvintra Walker. He also lovely, embraced Margaret's son, Michael McKee, as his own, creating a family built on love, commitment, and care.
Liddeal leaves to cherish his memories 4 children, Alvintra M. Walker of Chicago IL, Michael C. McKee of Milwaukee, WI, Emma (Derrick) Ward of Kosciusko, MS, and Tanesha (Alexander) Erving of Ethel, MS; 11 grandchildren: Keyosha McKee, Michael D. McKee, Courtney Ward, Bryson Ward, Jordon Teague, Ayden Erving, Amyhia Erving, Tytraybian Walker, Vintria Gunn, Ladell Gunn and Jatouri Baker; 2 great grandchildren: Christopher Morgan, Jr. and Isaiah Baker: 4 sisters: June McCain of Carthage, MS, Anna McCain of Ethel, MS, Shandrae McCain of Milwaukee, WI and Tammy (Androcles) Davis of McCool, MS; 4 brothers: James “Byrd” Winters of Moss Point, MS, James (Rena) McCain of Greenwood, MS, Odell McCain and Leo David (Annie Bell) McCain of Ethel, MS and a bonus brother Schon Parker of Milwaukee, WI. Aunt Sheila Graham of Louisville, MS. A host of nieces, great nieces, nephews, great nephews, cousins and friends.
