Obituary For Shaniqueva M. Bush

Shaniqua (Nene) was born on August 14, 1998, in Kosciusko, MS She was the first of five children. She brought joy and much love to her family.

Nene was born deaf and at the tender young age of four years old she attended the Mississippi School For The Deaf and continued her education there and graduated High School in 2016. She went on to Hinds Community College and graduated in 2019 and from there she went to Mississippi State University and studied Food Production/Culinary Art.

Nene did not let her disability make her handicap. She played girls' basketball, soccer, and ran track, she even played the drums at church. She loved to cook.

Nene was preceded in death by her Grandmother Lubertha Bush. Her memories will live on by her: Parents Andrew James and Doris Mondy, one sister Andrea Mondy, three brothers: Andrew S. Mondy, Isaiah T Mondy, and Nicholas A Mondy all of Kosciusko, MS. Grandparents: Bishop Willie J and Frazzie Mondy (Kosciusko, MS) Willie Joe Bush, (Erie, PA), Three Aunts: Brenda Winters (Willie L) Hubbart: Kimberly Winters of (Erie, PA), Artorous (Victor) Moran of (Milwaukee, WI). Seven Uncles: Kenyata (Lashandra) Nash, (Kosciusko, MS), WJ Knox (Milwaukee, WI), Bruce (Donna) Winters (Jacksonville, FL), Kenneth Winters, John Winters, Emmanuel Bush, and Richard Bush all of (Erie, PA), and a host of great Aunts and Uncles, cousins, and friends.

PLACE OF SERVICE: Bethel Apostolic Church, Kosciusko, MS

DATE OF SERVICE: Saturday 12/03/2022 at 11:00 a.m.

INTERMENT: Parkway Cemetery, Kosciusko, MS

VIEWING: Friday 12/02/2022 at 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
