Willie D. Atterberry (Willie Rimmer) was born in Attala County on February 14, 1966, to Mrs. Hilda Rimmer Kitchens and Mr. Willie B. Atterberry (Carter).
In 208 he met his soon-to-be wife, Rhoda and started visiting her Church, Traveler's Rest Baptist Church. Where he later joined and they married on December 31, 2008. He later became a Deacon under Rev. Cleotis Woods.
He worked hard to provide for his family. His most memorable employment was with Attala County from August 1992 until May 1994 and with Kosciusko City from May 1994 to October 2002.
His last job was with Prairie Farms in Kosciusko. He enjoyed hobbies such as fishing, mowing lawns, and repairing mowers and other items. He was always eager to help his family and friends whenever they reached out to him, and he was able to do so.
He was preceded in death by his mother Mrs. Hilda Rimmer Kitchens, one sister, Suzanne and one brother, Vira.
He leaves to cherish his memories his devoted wife, Rhoda Atterberry. His father, Mr. Willie B. Atterberry. Two daughters: Laquitta and LaKisha Rimmer and two bonus daughters, Ashley and Catisha. Six sisters, Retha (Jerry), Patsy (James), Tasha, Andrienne, Theresa, and Lisa. One brother, Tommie Rimmer, ad four granddaughters, two grandsons, and one great-grandson.
