On April 01, 2026, the Lord made the final call to welcome his daughter into heaven. Willie Ella Carter Williams was born on January 05, 1948, to the parents of the late Isaiah Carter and the late Fannie Mae Small Carter who preceded her in death.
She also was preceded in death by her husband Lem Williams and her two daughters Delores Williams, Gloria Carter Williams and five siblings: Willie Ethel Trimmer, Harry Small, Alonzo Small, Isaiah Carter, Jr., Ula Mae Pam and a grand-daughter Dominique Williams, and a great grand Ja'leya Thurmond. Willie Ella Carter Williams was a homemaker and a loving wife raising all her children.
After all her children made school age she got her first job. By obtaining her certified nursing assistant license. She became a dedicated hardworking Nurse at Attala Nursing Home in Kosciusko, MS for many years where she proudly retired. She continued taking care of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Especially her great grand-daughter Ta'ryia Mashay Williams, who she considered as her own daughter.
Willie Ella Carter Williams leaves to cherish her memories one sister, Willie Mae Blue; six sons: David Lem (Crystal) Williams, Junior Williams, Willie Williams, Johnathan Williams, Tommy (Iona) Williams and Joseph (LaWanda) Williams; four daughters: Jackie Williams, Doris (Jimmy) Williams, Shannon (Johnny) Williams, Diane Williams and a proud number of 37 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, loved ones, friends and church family. A special thank you to her friend Mary MaGee, who was with her through the good and the bad times.
