You will definitely missed Mr.Lacey turning the corner and not seeing you on the porch will seem strange but i know you are in a much better place. My condolences to the Chalmers family. Much love to you
To The Family: Lacy have known me all of my life. When I received the news that he was in the hospital I had every intention to send him some get-well cards and healing scriptures. My heart was saddened when I heard that he had passed. Every time I would see Lacy he always had a big smile on his face. When I would pass by his house when he lived in the Warnersville Community I would blown my horn at him as he sat on the porch. "Lacy You Will Be Greatly Missed."
