Mr. Earl Harper transitioned from this life on Friday, March 19, 2021. The funeral will be held 12:00PM on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at Woodard Funeral Home Chapel, with visitations starting at 11:30AM. Woodard Funeral Home is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
Earl Harper was our neighbor and friend for many years. I've never met a more humble, kindhearted, great man then him. He didn't talk a lot. When he did he was always kind and positive. Wonderful Father, friend and man of God.
