Staff Sergeant Joe Henry Moore (US Army Air Corps),97, of Miami, Florida, passed away Wednesday, September 4, 2019. The Celebration of Life Service will be Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at 11am, at New Birth Baptist Church Cathedral of Faith, 2300 Northwest 135th Street, Miami, Florida 33167. Visitation will be Monday, September 16, 2019 from 11:00 am ~ 6 pm at the Wright and Young Funeral Home, 15332 Northwest 7th Avenue, Miami, Florida 33169.

Joe is survived by his daughters: Reverend Joann Moore Taylor and Kimbur Lee Moore -Psalmist; sons: Staff Sergeant George Moore (Melonie)(USAF), Sergeant Felix Swanson (USAF), Deacon Steven Moore (Deborah) and Petty Officer 3rd Class Karl Moore (USN); grandchildren: Dr. Jessica Jones, Dr. Vincent Jones, II, Enisha Santacruze, Sophia Santacruze, Kyle Swanson, Simeka Lou Taylor, Lucious Taylor, III, Titiana Taylor and Tarilyn Taylor; also many loving relatives and friends.
