Ms. Janet R. Black, 60, daughter of the late Matthew Rutledge, Sr. and Wilhelmina Roberts Rutledge, died Saturday, April 11th at her residence. Janet was a resident of the "Brick Chimney" community of Colleton County, SC. A homemaker, she was a member of the Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church, Yemassee, SC. She served in the Usher Ministry.
