We announce the passing of Mother Rebecca Dillard, 89, of Yemassee, South Carolina. A native of Yemassee, she attended the public schools of Hampton County. The beloved widow of Mr. James Dillard, Sr.; she was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister and more. The legacy of her life will ever speak volumes to those who now mourn her passing.
