During the early morning hours of Friday: September 26, 2025, the voice of our dear beloved, Mr. Oscar L. Hipp was stilled. Mr. Hipp, 87, was a beloved resident of the Pocotaligo community of Yemassee, SC. He was retired from the United States Air Force having served also in the United States Navy. The beloved husband of Mrs. Sharon Ford, a beloved father, a grandfather, a brother, and so much more; his legacy stands as an icon, that will forever stand.

Visitation: Wednesday, October 1, 2025, 5-7,pm in the Chapel of Young Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2025, Eleven o'clock in the morning in the Family Worship Center, #2 Trask Pkwy, Yemassee, SC.

Service of Committal will be held on Monday, October 6, 2025, 1:00 pm, in the Beaufort National Cemetery, 1601 Boundary St., Beaufort, SC with full military honors.
