You don't have to have everything figured out right now. It's okay to just get through today, one step at a time. Whatever you're feeling is valid, even if it's messy or hard to explain.
You've made it through difficult moments before—even the ones you thought you couldn't—and that strength is still in you, even if it feels quiet right now.
You are not alone, even when it feels that way. There are people who care about you, and even reaching out like this shows that part of you still believes things can get better—and they can.
Be gentle with yourself. You don't have to be perfect. You don't have to be strong every second. Rest when you need to, breathe when it feels heavy, and remember: this moment doesn't define your whole story.
Sending you love, thoughts and prayers to you and your family during this difficult time. I also wish you comfort and peace 🙏🏾
The family have my condolences 🙏
I met Tracy when I started working with him at Formtech. By then he was already going through it pretty good. Always a smile and a good word. He was a hard guy not to like instantly. Couple that with the fact he was a Steelers fan and our bond was formed. Tracy I hope you left in peace, and I will see you the other side. Love your brother Larry
Our staff will continue to keep your family in our prayers. We thank you for allowing us to serve your family.
