His Lord said unto him: "Well done, good and faithful servant; thou has been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of the Lord.” Matthew 25:23
During the morning hours of Monday: August 25, 2025; the golden heart of our beloved matriarch, Mrs. Frances G. Roper; stopped, and she traded time for immortality. A beloved wife, cherished mother, esteemed grandmother and more; Mrs. Roper was a woman of faith and demonstrated such through her life living. As her departure leaves a open wound, we are comforted to know that God is our source of comfort and strength.

Condolences to the family, La'Homa & Jacquelin Scott
In your time of sorry, God will comfort you. To the family of this beautiful and kind lady Francis, she will truly be missed from our community.
Though we didn't spend much time together over the years, I hold onto the memory of visiting her when I was younger—how she always greeted me with a big smile and such joy. That warmth stayed with me. I'm grateful for the moments we did share and for the kindness she extended through her calls and messages. Wishing peace to all who loved her. Grandmothers' presence may no longer fill the room, but her spirit lives on in each of her children. In their laughter, their strength, and the love they carry forward—her legacy remains. She planted seeds of joy and resilience that continue to bloom in every life she touched. Though she has passed, she is never truly gone May she rest gently.
Rev 21:4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away."
Uncle Jesse and family, we are truly sorry for your loss. Uncle Jesse I can't even imagine the pain and sadness you must feel. You are in our prayers and thoughts. Soon we will never have to experience the pain of a passing loved one. Until that time, one day at a time.
Love always, Peggy and Family
I came to this site to post about a lost loved one and discovered that Mrs. Frances has passed away.
I remember her sweet, warm smile, and, as I told her husband, Mr. Roper when I visited during her illness, had it not been for their sons, Geno and Michael, I may have never gotten my driver's license. After helping on our farm, they practiced parallel parking and the three-point turn with me until I mastered both. I'll always be grateful for the Roper Family for their help on both fronts, our family farm, and for my South Carolina driver's license. Deepest condolences on the passing of your beloved matriarch.
Candles represent light in darkness, God's presence, & the hope of eternal life. I light this white candle in honor of Frances' life & the great memories our families shared. She was a light in her family & our community. May we continue to see her light in this dark time. May we find peace in remembering that John 11:25 promises eternal life to those, like Frances, who believe in Christ - who is the Resurrection and the life. ~Denise Burns
