In the still of the early morning on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, Sarah A. Goodwin left behind the uncertainty of time to rest in God's eternal and perfect care. Sarah A. Goodwin, 50, was the daughter of the late Missionary Sarah A. Green Goodwin and Deacon Matthew Goodwin. She was a native of the Jonesville community of Yemassee, SC. Sarah was well known for her outgoing nature that was full of warmth and love. She loved the Lord, her family, and community.
The hours of public viewing will be on Friday, February 18th, 5-7 pm in the Chapel of Young Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, 11:00 am in the Goodwin Cemetery, Wise Road, Yemassee, SC.
All services will be conducted in accordance with CDC GUIDELINES, facial coverings and social distancing.

Sarah attended the Day Program at the Hampton County Disabilities and Special Needs Board some years ago where I served as the Day Program Director. "Say-Say" as we called her was such a joy to be around and there's never a dull moment. You will be missed!!
