Deacon Thomas Wesley Hargrove, Jr.

I am in total shock and disbelief to learn of Mr. Hargrove's passing. He communicated with me, as recent as 6/2020.Those of us at the USDOT who admired and respected Mr. Hargrove for his professionalism and integrity will truly miss him. He was of no nonsense but He and Demetrius always bonded with a few jokes about farming and living in NC. It's your time to grieve in your own way.
