Mrs. Celestine Newsome Voorhies, 86, Of Columbia, TN transitioned on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at Life Care Center of Columbia, Tennessee.
She was born in North Hampton County on May 10, 1938 to the late Henry Edward Newsome and Phelora Welch Newsome.
Funeral Service will be Saturday, April 5, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. at Maiden Chapel Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service.
