Mr. Donald “Billy” Lattimore, 64, of Lincolnton, North Carolina transitioned on October 31, 2024 at Atrium Health – Lincolnton.
He was born in Lincoln County, North Carolina on March 23, 1960 to the late James Roseboro and Pearl Webber Roseboro.
A Funeral Service will be held Friday, November 15, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. in White’s Family Chapel. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service.

My condolences and prayers are with the family. Billy as I always knew him. From the first time I met Billy he had this smile and grin. Friendly and respectful. Soft spoken young man.I never seen him, that he didn't smile, or had a soft laugh. He was a good neighbor from the first time we became neighbors on Pine St.As the years past, and everyone gone their own way, I would see Billy from time to time. Still the same. I would tell him, Billy, you haven't changed. He replies " just getting old etc. I won't forget his kindness and smile. He'll be forever missed. Family hold on to the love he had for you all. Cherish the memories of him, and the relationship each of you had with him. He loved his brothers and sisters. I believe he would have did anything that he could for all of you. He's resting now. And some day you'll see him again with a brand new body, spirit and soul!!! May the Lord Jesus Christ comfort you. Strengthen you. Give you peace. God bless you all. Freida Brooks.
