Gail Maxine Jackson, 70, of Stanley, North Carolina transitioned on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at Novant Health Huntersville Medical Center.
She was born in Gaston County, North Carolina on April 6, 1954 to the late Clinton Gibson and Eliza McCorkle Gibson.
Gail was a member of Rock Hill United Methodist Church. She worked at the Gaston County Correctional Center.
Funeral Service will be Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Rock Hill United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
There will be a public walkthrough held Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at the Funeral Home from 5:30-7:00 p.m.

I worked with Gail in the ER. I was a baby she took me under her wings and taught me so much. We kept in touch all these years. She was a cheerleader for me. Rest in Heaven my friend. You will be missed and always loved. Our prayers are with the family. Nate and Deanna Ingram
I worked with Ms Jackson up until she retired from Gaston correctional center in Dallas NC she was the spice of life and always liven things up a bit sorry for your loss and you have my deepest condolences.

Sorry for Your Loss! I worked with Gayle at Gaston Correctional Center when I was Supt! Gayle was wonderful to work with and always was quick to assist myself and others in any way she could to make the CENTER a better place to work!
