Obituary For Gerald Bernard Lewis
Mr. Gerald Bernard “Chuck” Lewis, 76,of Hickory, North Carolina, transitioned on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at Carolina Caring.
He was born in Lincoln County, North Carolina on November 16, 1949, to the late Thomas D. Moore and Annie Will Lewis Johnson.
Gerald was an U.S. Army Veteran and a graduate of Newbold High School.
Homegoing Services will be held Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at Moores Chapel Baptist Church at 4:00 p.m. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, beginning at 3:00 p.m.
A public walkthrough will be held Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at the funeral home from 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.
