Mrs. Hazel Tipps Craig,83, of Lawndale, North Carolina, transitioned peacefully at her residence on Friday, July 17, 2026.
Born on August 10, 1942, in Catawba County, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Guy Tipps and Odessa Early Tipps.
A Homegoing Celebration will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in White's Family Chapel. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service, from 1:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow in Edwards Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery.
A private viewing for the immediate family will be held at 1:00 p.m. on the day of the service.

To our family and cousins, we are deeply sorry to hear of the passing of cousin Hazel. She was a sweet, lovng and compassionate person who always cared for and about others. She will be missed on this side by all who were blessed to know her and to be part of her life. She may be gone from this earthly place, but dwelling in the presence of her Lord and Savior for always. We love you family.
