Obituary For James Wingate
Mr. James Franklin Wingate, Jr., 80, 0f Lincolnton, North Carolina transitioned on Sunday, September 14, 2025 at Lincolnton Rehabilitation Center.
He was born on February 12, 1945 to the late Rev. James F. Wingate, Sr. and Ethel Elizabeth Wilson Wingate.
James graduated from Newbold High School. He retired from Timken where he worked as a mechanic.
A PRIVATE Graveside Service will be held Friday, September 19, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in the Wingate Family Cemetery. A public viewing will be held Thursday, September 18, 2025 at the funeral home from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.
