Nicholas Donald Bailey age 41 of Hickory, North Carolina transitioned on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at Atrium Health , Lincolnton, North Carolina He was born in Lincoln County, North on November 24, 1978 to Barbara McClain Bailey and the late James Bailey. He graduated from Lincolnton High School, class of 1997. His most recent employment was with Cloninger Ford as a Technician. Survivors are his wife, Tonya Hill Bailey of the home, two sons, Nicholas Bailey, Jr, Jacques Bailey both of the home, one daughter, Joshea Bailey of Hickory, NC, mother, Barbara Bailey of Lincolnton, NC, one brother, James Darrin Bailey of Shelby, NC, three sisters, Barbara Julia Bailey of Mt. Holly, NC, Chastity Ann Bailey of Charlotte, NC, Monica Bailey Browner of Shelby, NC, two grandchildren, Jamiyah Stewart and An`niyah Stewart. A private memorial service will be held Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. at Herndon Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church. Due to COVID 19 masks are required before entry.
