Obituary For Tonya Link
Ms. Tonya Anitra Link, 51, of Lincolnton, North Carolina transitioned at her residence on Tuesday, December 23, 2025.
She was born in Lincoln County, North Carolina on October 8, 1974 to Johnny Link and Corleen Shuford.
She graduated from Lincolnton High School, class of 1993.
She leaves to cherish fond and loving memories in the hearts of her children, Zarius Ja`kobie Sanders, Zakiya Alexis Sanders, Zhari T`asiah Link; her parents, Johnny Link, Corleen Shuford; three grandchildren, Josiah Lopez, Ava Ryleigh Nivens, Alaiya Reign Nivens; two sisters, Tory Shuford and Trenda Link.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Jeffrey Shuford.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at the Lincoln County Senior Center from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
