Mr. William Gaither Lineberger, 75, of Lincolnton, North Carolina transitioned on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at Atrium Health β Lincoln, Lincolnton, North Carolina.
He was born in Catawba County, North Carolina on June 25, 1948 to the late Lois Lineberger and Jennie Gibbs Lineberger.
He graduated from Central High School, retired from Vermont American (Bosch). He was a United States Army veteran.
Funeral service is Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Maiden Chapel Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. There will be a public walk through on Wednesday at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
