Joe & Family, On behalf of Myers & Chapman - please accept our sincere condolence for your loss. Our prayer and thoughts are with you and your family.
My childhood best friend and confidant! I will always cherish the memories of growing up together at John Chavis High School. Another classmate is gone! But I rejoice in the Lord for the quiet strength, pure love, and devotion that Dot shared from first grade through twelfth grade. Her beautiful and meticulous skills in handwriting, and sewing were unmatchable in our class! And her outstanding scholarship challenged us all to do better. But it was her quiet spirit and her wisdom that leaves a lasting impression .Only Dot could be Dot, but Dot herself! My heart grieves. My last conversation with Dot included her testimony of faith in Jesus Christ. May she rest in peace. Surely we will meet again at the throne of God as we rejoice in His Eternal Kingdom. Amen! Love.
