I just came across a recipe written down for my mom from Mrs Evans. She was a dear friend a coworker in the early 90's when I worked at Boydton Elementary. I loved Mrs Evans and am sorry we lost touch over the years. She was my "partner in crime" and loved those kids dearly. Sending much love to the family. I just lost my mother in January and know how deep the loss feels. - Beth Greene
