Uncle Joe was one of the sweetest, gentlest, and most patient men I've ever known. Some of my favorite childhood summers were spent with him. He had eyes like an eagle—I still remember him spotting a snake near us kids before any of us even knew it was there. Without a word, he calmly walked over with his shotgun, took care of it, and basically told us to carry on playing. That's who he was: quiet, gentle, and always looking out for us. I also remember him spotting a quarter among a pile of rocks when nobody else could see it.
I loved him dearly and will always be grateful for the memories, kindness, and quiet strength he shared with us. A quiet but protective soul, and a man I will never forget. Rest easy, Uncle Joe. You will be deeply missed.
Sending my love and hugs to the family. We will always love and miss you Uncle Joe. May your sweet, loving, and caring spirit live on🪽🙏🏽💔.. Love always, Ron( my dad), Shekira & Family..
