We send our deepest condolences and prayers to the family. May he rest in peace. From Carol Ann Singleton Citizen and family.
May peace and comfort be with you and your family at this difficult time.
I am one of his first foster kids. He was my daddy. I remember I used to be out in the yard with him while he would cut the grass. In the evening time, I couldn't wait to see that yellow car (I called it the banana) pull up in the driveway. When he would come in the house, he would say "come here my baby and take your daddy shoes off". If you knew Blue then you should know that you should stay away from his feet. I cherish every memory that I have as a young girl living with him and mother dear. Rest well old man. I will truly miss you.
We are so sorry for your loss, your family are in our thoughts and prayers.
