Mr. Ray Charles Neely the husband of Mrs. Rosa Simmons-Neely passed May 23, 2019. Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, June 1, 2019 at 11AM at Goolsby Mortuary. The family will receive friends on Friday, MAy 31, 2019, 6pm-7pm at the mortuary. Public visitation will start at 12 noon on Friday. Interment Sounthview Cemetery.

To The Neely Family.Sorry to hear the sad news about Ray.He was a dear friend to me and my family when we lived in the Grant Park neihborhood of Atlanta,Ga Not only was he a good friend and neighbor he was a good man.He was the kind of person by that would do anything for anyone.We shared many days of laughter and good times.RIP My Friend.
