O er the few short years we started calling one another best friend and confidant and talked about so many things but always started about the tribe and ended with words on what next step we need t I work on. So I say R.I.P Cuz

I grew up without my dad nor compassion for his trials. It wasn't until I went through my own trials, as an adult, that God softened my heart and opened it up to love him again. We shared many struggles and stories of solution. My dad was loved and respected by MANY. He won the hearts of his friends, family and strangers. His legend is huge because of his humbleness to help others and seek God. Today I continue his legend. Nobody knows how much time we have on earth, but my mission is to make every moment count! I get chills when I talk to my new Angel..He hears me! Until we meet again dad, save me a dance.. Love always and forever Telli Butler
To the Butler Family I express my greatest sympathy. I choose to remember what I shared rather than what has been lost.I believe the good memories will ensure that Goldie's presence will remain with us forever. Goldie and I shared many a good times repairing and racing these old hotrods on the backroads back in the day.He love his cars and beat me many times when I thought I had him he just drove on by...I can say many other people shared that same experience. Goldie always said maybe next time so you wouldn't feel so bad. I believe if possible he is still standing tall in my spiritual mind. R.I.P. Goldie...Your Physical being will truly be missed Rod(Hotrod)Taylor
I called him Goldie, Goldfish, Fish, Big G; but most importantly, I called him my family. He was my daddy's best friend and he worked by his side at Williams Tire for over 30 years. It has been a pleasure working with him and I'm thankful for his dedication to my dad and our family. He will be greatly missed.
Goldie was one of the most unique individuals I have met. I.love the fact that he loved his Indian Heritage and how proud he was as a Marine. He always represented what he believed In. He will surely be missed. Sheila and Nathan Gambles
While working at the tire shop with Goldie and his son, we became very close. I nicknamed him Daddy Goldie. I will miss him. To the family, we pray for strength and understanding. Rest In Peace Love, Dedrick Mobley, Sr and family

Always wonderful, kind and full of energy. From the day my brothers and I met him Ritchie, he was always special. We enjoyed the races, softball games and the all the laughter as well as advice he gave us. When our Mom died he really stepped in to make sure we were alright. A true blessing to the Berrian family/ Sams family. Goldie aka Ritchie, which always made him laugh , you will be greatly missed. We love you.
