Obituary For Elma Williams
Mrs. Elma Marie Williams, 79, departed her life on May 3, 2017. She leaves behind her dear husband, Junius Williams; three daughters, two grandchildren, one brother, and numerous other loving family members and friends. Funeral service will be held at Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church, 2200 S. Alston Ave, in Durham, NC., Saturday, May 6, 2017. Viewing begins at 12:00 p.m., followed by service at 1:00 p.m., Rev. Cornelius Battle officiating.

Sorry for the loss of your love one. John 5:28, 29 assures Jesus will restore life to those who has died. Revelation 21:3, 4 gives further assurance death will be swallowed up forever. This is a comforting thought knowing your loved one is in God's memory. Hope this brings comfort.
To Deacon Junius Williams and family, I was deeply moved to hear of Sis. Williams' transition from earth to glory. I reflect upon the years that I served as Minister of Music at Ebenezer during the early 80's, she was a very humble person with a beautiful personality and she always had a kind word to say to me. I remember so distinctively how she would sit in her area of the church and would envelope the presence of God in her life and in our worship experiences. Deacon Williams, it's been so many years and you've probably forgotten me, but I asked the Lord long time ago, I may forget a lot of things, but God please help me remember those who had impact on my life!........and that was you! Be encouraged!
