I just found out Today that Fredrica had passed away. I am So Sorry I didn't get to come be with the family. I worked with her at Duke Regional on 4-3. She was truly one of a kind😊. She always spoke how she felt and she took great care of the patients. She was always ready to help the nurses whenever needed too. I thought a lot of her and I know she will be Missed. God Bless you Family ❤️

My condolences to the family of Fredrica Richmond. I will miss our phone conversations and how she would make me laugh. She was so funny and I was always amazed at how she seemed to know so many people in Durham. She was a former co-worker of 30+ years at Durham Regional Hospital with my Mother Barbara Jones and also her friend. When my Mom passed away in 2009, Fred stepped in and become a Mother figure to me. Through out all of these years she remained a constant presence in my life and I will truly miss her.

Fredricka, Kuker, Micheal have been Family from days growing up in the "Bottom"/Willard St Community.We've always kept in touch, informed about families, classmates, neighborhood friends Especially Fredricka kept Everybody connected and Concerned with Sense of humor to lighten your load. Recently I'd been in close contacts and in prayer for her, She represented a centerpiece of her classmates,old Community, Family friends. Always great resource of Needed Information of very useful knowledge otherwise we wouldn't have know, always colorful in conversations that you hated had to end. THE PATTERSON FAMILY SENDS CONDOLENCES AND PRAYERS TO THE RICHMOND FAMILY, SHE WILL DEFINITELY BE MISSED EVEN FROM MANY YEARS WE WERE CO-WORKERS AT DUKE REGIONAL HOSPITAL, SHE'LL BE SORELY MISS FROM EVERY ASPECT OF OUR LIVELIHOOD. My condolences to the entire family. I will miss her greatly. Our friendship endured for 70 years. I could always count on her loyalty. She kept me informed on current events, even when I was living in New York. She always signed her cards "Friends forever". And she was.

Kuker and Mike, I was so sorry to hear about the passing of Fredrica. We were all cousins and Fredrica and I were constantly in communication with each other checking up to find out how we each were doing.
