To the family of Gail Lynette McIver Gulledge. My heart is saddened today as I have JUST found out that Gail aka Kitty died!!!! WOW!!!! I am so sorry. I am glad to say that I have very fond memories of Kitty, Phyllis, my sister Kim and I when we worked in the Beauty Shop with Phyllis. We have shared many conversations and lots of laughs! I pray the Family be strengthened and know that Gail aka Kitty was a beautiful person with an infectious smile!!!

How in the world can I start this message? What words are adequate? How do you reveal was really in the depths of your heart when your heart is broken with the loss of such a great sister and friend.? The only thing that you can say, all that I can say, is we love each other unquestionably and we never forget our friendship no matter where we were or what faith we practiced. We feed our babies together as young wives and we learned the rules of marriage with our mates. She mother of my children and I did the same for her. We ended up being neighbors later in life in Hillview. So now flesh to flesh, we cannot communicate, but we planted some great memories that will never leave me. When she called me to tell me her diagnosis, the most important thing in the conversation was our friendship and our sisterhood that we have shared over the years. She didn't want to concentrate on her sickness but rather on who we are to each other. I am thankful to God for all of the years that we shared and for the memories that are forever written in my heart.

This still doesn't seem real. It is so hard to hear of her passing. I know that now she is not suffering and only asleep, but still the loss hurts. I have fond memories of her from way back in my high school years. I always seen her with a big smile on her face. She always lent a helping hand whenever she could. She never met a stranger.
