Jazmir Monyae Taylor, 17, departed this life on Thursday, September 10, 2020.

Funeral service will be held at The River Church, 4900 Prospectus Dr., Durham, NC 27713, on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at 12:00, family visitation from 11:00 am to 12 :00 pm.

Masks are to be worn and social distancing required at all meetings with family, friends and services.
