My prayers to the family. I met Malinda at Va State Univ as freshman and it was a pleasant surprise when we both were on line pledging Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. Malinda always was our historian and helpful to any that ask. Correction Malinda was more like a sister than a cousin to me.

So many childhood memories...so much sisterly love, compassion and devotion! Melinda was more like a cousin than a sister to me. I am praying for strength for our entire family as we navigate through this change of her earthly presence...knowing that she will forever remain in our hearts.

My sincere condolences to the Campbell and Davis families during this difficult time. I remember Mrs. Malinda from our days at Piney Grove Baptist Church, where she faithfully served as a member of the Young Adult Choir alongside her sister, Mrs. Gloria. Their mother, Mrs. Margaret Davis, was such a longtime pillar of the church family. Praying that God grants your family His peace, comfort, and strength in the days ahead. May the precious memories of Mrs. Malinda continue to bring smiles even through the tears.

Malinda and my birthdays are 12 days apart. Our dads were brothers. The 73 years plus shared together has been an awesome blessing, and we have shared so much in common and together. I know without a doubt that God give us the desires of our hearts when we trust and believe.God has given me comfort in knowing that you are healed and no longer in pain, and that I will see you again. Bill, Rashaan, and Ryan, continue to hold onto God's unchanging hands. He will never leave you or forsake you. Princess love and prayers are ongoing.

To my nephews, Rashaan&Ryan and to my brother Bill along with the rest of the Davis-Campbell Family, I share in your sorrow and loss. I have known Linda since I was a child and she never treated me like a sister-in-law but more like a real sister. I will miss her her kindness, her grace, her unwavering support and willingness to encourage others in the family and the community. The loss of Linda has not fully sunk yet in but I thank God for knowing her for over 40 years.
