Billy was a classmate of mine throughout our entire school career in Scotland County. I considered him a friend. He was a giant of a man physically but I believe his heart was even bigger. I pray that the peace that can only be found in Jesus Christ will surround his family and friends until we all can meet on that shore on the other side. God bless the memory of Billy.

I'm so incredibly saddened to hear of this loss. Though our time together at Scotland HS was brief Billy's kindness and smile always shined brightly, something I will always hold in my heart. Rest peacefully my friend!
