My deepest sympathy and condolences to the family. She will be truly missed at the Center; her beautiful face and soft voice made me smile everyday when i walked in we looked one another up and down seal of approval was a wink lol. To see her smiling looking lovely as always was a joy; I only knew her for a short while but I looked forward to seeing her everyday i went. ❤️
Antonia Martin, granddaughter of the late Deoshia Mae Borders, in which Katie Mae Freeman shared a living space with many others. She became family. I'll never forget the time she taught me how to starch and iron my pants with a mean crease in them. Lol There's just so many memories I could go on for days. I was just with her a couple of weeks ago shopping, she was preparing for the summer. She was a second grandmother to me. As I grew older and had kids she remained and also gran my kids. We shared so many memories. God knew I needed you. Get your rest Grandma Katie.... Until we meet again!
