Obituary For Josephine Jackson DeVore
Josephine Jackson DeVore of Newark entered into rest July 18, 2023. Daughter of the late Rufus and Nancy Jackson, loving mother of Adrian DeVore, former spouse of Jesse DeVore, Jr., sister of Henry Jackson and Lela Harvey. She was predeceased by her siblings, Sylvia, Nancy Elaine, and Rufus James Jackson, Jr. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and a great-great niece. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Seventh Street Bistro, c/o Memorial West United Presbyterian Church, 286 S 7th Street, Newark.
