Known to many as โFreddieโ passed away from an extended illness at the University of Kentucky Medical Center, in Lexington, Kentucky on Sunday, July 13, 2025.
Freddie is the father of Valerie Clay,
Lil Warren, Denise Jones, Yvette Jackson,Theophilus Clay Sr. , Laranda Smith, Junic Clay, and Emily Beasley.

He was a very SELFLESS man with a kind, gentle, and loving heart and soul. He treated me better than my own family. He will definitely be missed but always remembered. My prayers for the family.

For the past 24 years I have been with Freddie yes we had our ups and downs through thick and thin but, it was the mutual bond we had together brought us helped both of us to grow together and work out any insecurities we might face, I love that Frederick B. Clay, he's free to do whatever he wants when he wants!
