Obituary For Willie "Rusty" O'Banner
It is with deep regret and profound sorrow that we sadly announce the passing of Willie “Rusty” O'Banner, age 41, of Barnwell, South Carolina.
He passed away Sunday, July 5th, at Wellstar MCG, Augusta, Georgia.
Plans are incomplete and will be announced later by M.F. Riley's Funeral Home.
