Ms. Gloria and families, and friends, and other loved ones, you all have my sympathy with the passing of Mr. Joseph. Heaven has surely gained another angel. 'JoeBoy' was a light, that came into my life through our jobs with the City of Camilla, working at City Hall. He was a delight, kind, and caring soul. He worked hard, was a proud Veteran that served his country proudly. And he definitely was a fisherman, not only of fish, but of men. May God comfort and strengthen you all in the coming days, and I pray that the fondest of memories will fill your hearts with joy. Joe may you enjoy your reward in heaven and knowing if there is a pond in heaven may you fish many more times...
