The staff of Southwest Georgia Regional Commission is heartbroken over the loss of this precious lady. Shelby was sweet and beautiful, inside snd out. She always had a smile and a kind word for every person she encountered. She was smart and an invaluable member of our team. I was so proud of her for recently graduating with her accounting degree and I was very thankful to have her in my life. I, as well as the rest of the staff, will miss her dearly.
