Alfreda L. Hazel Lawson, 79 a native of Beaufort,NC passed Saturday, May 3, 2025 in Greensboro, NC.
Funeral services will be held 2:30 PM., Friday, May 9, 2025 at Purvis Chapel AME Zion Church. Interment will follow in Ocean View Cemetery.
She is survived by her daughter, Stefanie Lawson, Greensboro; brother, John Hazel, Knightdale; a host of in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Stefanie - I offer my sincere sympathy to all of you in the passing of Mrs. Alfreda. I served with her at Purvis and she was always kind and thoughtful. May God grant you peace and acceptance. "Let not your heart be troubled...."
