Obituary For Alma Mathewson Godette

Alma Mathewson Godette, 69, of Havelock died Monday, April 15, 2024 at Carteret Health Care, Morehead City, N. C.

Viewing is 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Friday at Oscar's Mortuary and 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Only Saturday at Mt. Zion Church.

Her service is 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Mt. Zion M. B. Church 405 Cedar Street, Beaufort, N. C. The interment will follow at Oceanview Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Elbert L. Godette of the residence.; three daughters, Janeane Carter, LaSonja Hardy (LaTrone), Havelock and Lynnette Henry (Terrell) Havelock; two brothers, David Mathewson Jr. (Vivian, Charlotte, N. C. and Oscar Mathewson (Maggie); sister, Harriet Fenderson (Francis), Apex, NC; fifteen grandchildren.
