Alvina Dade-el Blakeney,51, of New Bern passed June 29, 2022 at SECU Crystal Coast Hospice, Newport.
There will not be a public viewing at Alvina's request.
Her service is Noon, Saturday, July 9, 2022 at Oscar's Memorial Chapel followed by the interment at New Bern Memorial Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Dewayne Blakeney, New Bern; sons, Monterio Hardesty, Columbia, SC, Kelvin Hardesty, Jr., New Bern, NC and her daughter, Kelina Hardesty, Greenville, NC; mother, Lillian Dade-el; sisters, Nanette Herring, Kinston, NC, Anna Dade-el, New Bern, NC and Elizabeth Williams, Richlands, NC; brothers, Philo Dade-el and Justice Dade-el; granddaughter, Haisley Avina Hardesty.
Masks are required.
Alvina was always in good spirits and had a kind word when we spoke. I am glad to have crossed her path in life. She will be sorely missed. ~ Lee Marbury
