Service arrangements are pending at Oscar's Memorial Chapel 1700 Oscar Drive, New Bern.

The Interment will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, New Bern.

He is survived by his son, Murray Edward Windham-Simmons, Havelock; mother, Dorothy Jones Simmons, New Bern; father, John Henry Simmons, New Bern; loving brothers and sisters.
