April Denise Stanley Young, 67, a native of New Bern/Brice's Creek Community was called to rest on Friday, December 26, 2025, in Douglasville, GA.
Her Service is 12:00 PM, Saturday, January 3, 2026 at St. Paul M. B. Church 208 Perrytown Loop Rd., New Bern. The interment will follow at St. Paul MBA Cemetery.
She is survived by her daughter, Ashley Young, Atlanta, GA; son, Rodney Young, Richmond, VA; four sisters, Peggy Credle, Garner, NC, Ingrid “Cookie” Stanley, Baltimore, MD, Natalie Standifer, New Bern, NC and Beatrice “Tiny” Johnson, CA.
