My Auntie was an phenomenal woman I remember the first time when we moved back to North Carolina and the kids would pick on me and run me home and she told me if I ran again and let them beat on me she was going beat me herself well she didn't have to tell me twice cause I wasn't about to let them beat me up and then face her for another beating. I'm going miss her and her soft spoken voice and that laugh that just made everything alright and Auntie don't worry about Mom I got her ok I love you and I'm truly going miss you rest now with the Lord until we are all together again one day Love always Marie Moore
To know Aunt Bet was to love her . Her smile was one that lit up the room and I loved her Diva style. You are gonna be missed by a lot of people especially My Mom with y'all late night talks and giggles about Lee and Mack lol. Praying for my family during this time. Hold on to Gods unchanging hands and Be strong, Love you all. Melissa Moore
Aunt Betty lived a life that most wished they had. I remember as a child my brothers Alvin Moore,Jr.(George),Donnie Moore(Newt)and I would stay over at Aunt Betty and Uncle Lee house to go to school and get dropped over there after school.Aunt Betty would watch us before and after school so my mom could work her 2-3 jobs. My mom didn't trust anyone else to take on watching her kids at that time. Aunt Betty always seemed to be there when she was needed the most.I'm thankful to have been among the fortunate ones to have seen her smile and heard her laughter and the hugs that went on gory. I will always remember you and love because you loved me too. Rest now Aunt Betty you earned your wings a longtime ago.
