Viewing hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Friday, March 27, 2026 at Oscar’s Mortuary.
His Service is 2:00 PM, Saturday, March 28, 2026 at King's Chapel Free Will Baptist Church 127 Haiti Street, Trenton, NC. His service was not live streamed.
Interment at Free Will Chapel Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Eldress Rose Marie Strayhorn-Bell, Trenton, NC; daughter, Duana Marshall, Fayetteville, NC; son, Chauncey D. Swann, New Bern; stepsons, Eric Strayhorn, Derrick Simmons, Cedric Simmons; stepdaughter, Mary Ann Simmons all of Trenton, NC; brother, Desmond Hardison, Portland OR, Goddaughter, Sudona Murrell of Trenton, North Carolina.
