He is survived by his son, Chavonta Richardson, New Bern; two sisters, Hattie Humphrey and Deborah Humphrey of New Bern; six brothers, George Foy (Donna), Oliver Humphrey both of New Bern, Gerald Richardson, Raleigh, Tony Humphrey (Paula) Wilmington, Thomas Richardson (Patrice), Baltimore, MD, Bobby Richardson, New Bern; one grandchild.

Charlie was a great guy and great worker for our company @ HireQiest Direct, he was loved by many here in Raleigh, at times he was a handful. He had many that loved him here in Raleigh, because when ever he left your presences his saying to everyone was "love you" not bye or see ya later. I told him God had a call on his life stop running his response was "I know" rest in peace my friend, you will be missed.
