Ms. Christobel Midgette, peacefully transitioned on January 30th, 2025, at the age of 79, at Levine Dickson Hospice Center in Huntersville, NC. She was a cherished resident of Alliance, NC.
Ms. Midgette is survived by her daughters, Mrs. Cheryl Midgette-Bryant (Shawn) of Charlotte, NC, and Ms. Victoria Midgette of Alliance, NC; her grandsons, Jacquan Midgette (Kayla) of Kannapolis, NC, MiQuan Johnson of Alliance, NC, Tehran Midgette (Shakira) of Charlotte, NC, and Donta' Midgette of Alliance, NC; and her great-grandsons, Semaj George of Havelock, NC, and Jacquan Midgette Jr. of Kannapolis, NC. She also leaves behind her goddaughters, Teresa P. Snow and Tekemiah Gibbs; her brother, Mr. Clifton Midgette of Charlotte, NC; her brothers-in-love, Charles Lovick Sr. of White Oak, NC, and Bruce Nolen Sr. of Quantico, VA; her sister-in-law, Evelyn Midgette Forney; her aunt, Mrs. Emma Smith of Yonkers, NY; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins. A special mention goes to her cousin, Truman Smith of New Bern, NC, and her cherished "grandkids of the heart," Shaheed, David, and Ladymond.

Mom I am missing you and there is not a moment that I don't think about you. I am so heartbroken mom and I just don't know what to do without you but I know eventually I will get through this with God grace and mercy. Rest in Paradise until we meet again. Love always your daughter.
